Going against the grain of all the "Lithuanian" predictions, I told you so long ago:)
2011 was a temporary jolt in LT growth; easy does it when the preceding GDP drop was over 20%! This is just the effect of the statistical law of small numbers.
A serious strategic focus on growth is badly needed but everybody in LT is totally consumed by day to day "games", and "so the ship goes".
